Refund Policy

Our refund policy is simple.

If a Trade Secrets book doesn't help you, we'll refund the full purchase price. No forms, no friction, no "can you tell us what didn't work" survey.

The terms

Email hello@tradesecrets.store within 30 days of your purchase with your order email or Stripe receipt ID. We'll process the refund within two business days.

You keep the PDF and EPUB files. We're not going to chase them down. The trust matters more than the file.

Why we offer this

We sell books to professionals who already do hard work for real money. We respect your time and your judgment. If our work doesn't serve yours, the relationship should end cleanly.

What we ask in return

Read the book first. Try at least one of the systems in it. If you've done that and it still hasn't moved anything in your business, the refund is yours.
